Our quality objective is to meet or exceed our clients’ requirements and expectations with professionalism, proactivity, and efficiency.
To achieve this objective, we will:
- Establish consistent operational and client servicing processes that deliver exceptional service and product quality, evaluated through client-focused KPIs, client feedback (both solicited and unsolicited), and our ongoing certification to ISO 9001.
These KPIs will be aligned with our strategic goals to ensure that all team members are working towards common objectives that drive quality.
This includes regular training sessions for all staff to ensure quality practices are embedded in our daily operations while setting objectives and targets to gauge our performance and identify areas for improvement. - Allocate sufficient resources to continuously assess and enhance our business processes.
- Encourage all personnel to incorporate quality management into their work and promote its application as a means for ongoing improvement within their areas of responsibility.
- Actively solicit feedback from our clients and surveyors and address identified opportunities for improvement.
